ICU Director, Registered Nurse - Level I Trauma New

Level I trauma hospital searching for an ICU Director to oversee a 60-bed ICU. Our ICU recently was nationally recognized as a Top 5% ICU by Healthgrades. The Director of Nursing has 4 Associate Directors, 2 RN Operations Specialists, and a Clinical Support Associate that directly report to the position. This hospital is on its journey to becoming a thrombectomy-capable center as well as having received the 2023 “Get with the Guidelines Gold Plus Target Stroke Elite Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll”

Requirements:

Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of clinical care management as normally demonstrated through 3-5 years of progressive care management experience. Requires demonstrated experience leading and/or managing strategic clinical operations. Requires strong written and oral communication skills. Must demonstrate strong decision-making and critical thinking skills along with the ability to lead change.
